and the Winners Are……

We had the most stunning images added to the Enchantment contest pool this round! The quarterly photography contest is sponsored by The Lost Unicorn Gallery and is themed after the Enchantment Event. The theme this round was The Yellow Brick Road (a/k/a The Wizard of Oz) and our photographers were definitely off to see the wizard! Artists were asked to portray a part of the tale using their avatars, creativity and imagination. Three winners, 1, 2, and third, were chosen, along with 3 Honorable Mentions! The judges felt their work stood out as being the most creative in bringing the tale to life. The winning images are on display at The Lost Unicorn Gallery . Please take a moment to stop by and view the images in the amazing gallery. The amount of work and talent at the gallery is nothing less than impressive! Congratulations to all the winners! Your work is just stunning!! 1st Place Dorothy’s Adventure Begins by Tamarind Silverfall 2nd Place Emerald City by Roiben Sweetwater   3rd Place I’ll Get You My Pretty by Trinetty Skytower HONORABLE MENTIONS Wicked by Gwen Enchanted Omg! We cannot express just how incredibly touched we are. All of you make Enchantment possible and your overwhelming love and support is what keeps us going. This round was just as dazzling and special as we dreamed it’d be. With performances by the amazing Lady Garden Cabaret and Cole Marie… We really partied it up! Oz style, of course! We want to thank all our incredible vendors! Your imagination and talent just blew everyone out of the water! Hell, the Linden’s chose Enchantment as a MUST SEE! So, congratulations one and all. I still can’t get over the gorgeousness of this round… To our BLOGGERS! Y’all knock it outta the park every. Single. Time. Thank YOU! Your hard work and dedication deserve all the applause! Annabelle will be choosing her Blogger’s Court soon and we can’t wait to hug and kiss you all! Our Event Partners are the best partners ever! You guys are so loyal and kind. Your generosity and support just make us all swoon with delight! Thank you so much! To Chloe! You are a social media superstar! Even with problems in RL, you managed to update and keep us all in check! Thank YOU! Divine…You are truly divine indeed. This round’s build was freaking exceptional! Thank you for your talent, patience, and support. To ColeMarie, who is our amazing Party Planner and Event Coordinator. Thank you so much for putting up with Duchess and I’s crazy ideas and plans. I know we’re a handful, but we love you so much! If you didn’t catch Cole’s Wrap party…then ya better subscribe to our Update Group! To Annabelle, thank you so so so much for always being there to listen to all of us gripe about one thing or another. I’m not sure what we’d do without you?! Thank you for being the best manager an event could ever ask for. Running an event is incredibly difficult. It is truly a group effort…HOWEVER, Duchess truly deserves a round of applause. I have been going crazy in RL and Duchess immediately took over and really just went above and beyond. She is constantly updating all our social media outlets, making sure everyone is happy, and is always there to help. It is Duchess that is always burdened with fixing one thing or another and it’s Du8chess who is always the most stressed. Thank you, Duchess. Seriously. Thank you. Enchantment Image of the Day: Somewhere Over the Rainbow

Enchantment Image of the Day: Somewhere Over the Rainbow

Today’s Image of the Day is by Devin Vaughn and is titled Somewhere Over the Rainbow. We love how Devin has captured the spirit of Dorothy and took her into a journey that is more personal. Exceptional! STORYLINE: Dorothy was forever changed by her childhood visit to Oz. It was considered a miracle she escaped the tornado with only a bump to the head and a scar to the face. She had long ago accepted her memories of Oz were dreams triggered by head trauma. Never-the-less, she was determined to bring a little magic of Oz to Kansas. She studied agriculture to learn how to revitalize parched land. To brighten the ……. Read the rest here on Bishie Style SL...
